Hayden Porter

I’ve been practicing massage therapy and somatic healing arts for 11 years.

The purpose of the work is to teach you to tune into your own health and vitality through embodied awareness. The intention is to help you access the innate wisdom of your body. My passion lies in continually refining ancient techniques and synthesizing with modern technology to create healing experiences. Through embodying more capacity and resilience within your own system, you are able to engage tension, adapt, and create more space for energy and creativity to flow.

My own path led me to explore a variety of modalities, tools, and practices for embodiment and nervous system regulation. I found that bodywork helped me engage and shift holding patterns. As I worked through physical tension, I was able to relieve stress, process stagnant emotions, access more authentic creativity and cultivate the resilience to express it.

Now, I help others on a similar journey. Bodywork and sound therapy help to rebalance the nervous system and help you feel more at home in your own body.

Hayden is most inspired by the endless wild beauty of the Pacific Northwest, especially the rivers. She loves spending time with her fiancé, their sweet son, and fur babies, Anya and Princess Puff. She finds the most joy in appreciating the simple moments of everyday life. Beautiful meals shared with friends, creating bouquets, enjoying a good cup of tea, curling up with her Kindle or working on her own fantasy novel are just a few of the things that make her own heart sing.
